  2. Put the berries in a saucepan, add sugar and stir. Pour in water. Put the saucepan on the fire and cook from the moment of boiling for about six minutes.

  • 2 mugs of lemon;
  • 200 ml of boiling water;
  • 50 g granulated sugar;
  • 150 g blackberry berries.

Step by step recipe:

  1. Remove the berries from the branches. Sort thoroughly, removing spoiled fruits. Wash the mountain ash and leave in a sieve to drain all the liquid.
  2. Transfer the berries to a saucepan, cover with sugar and knead well with a crush. Leave for an hour.
  3. Wash the lemon, wipe with a napkin and remove the zest from it. Cut in half and squeeze out the juice. Put the rowan in a sieve over the bowl. Squeeze the juice well with a spoon.
